Safeguarding & Conduct: By registering you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you (or the player you represent) agree to abide by club rules, codes of conduct, and safeguarding policies. Any false information or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or removal.

Data Use: Information submitted will be used for player administration, fixture organisation, safeguarding, emergency contact, and essential club communications. We will never sell your data. Limited data (e.g., first name, initial, or display name) may appear on team sheets, match reports, or achievement boards where appropriate.

Parental / Guardian Responsibility: If you are registering a player under 18 you confirm you have legal authority to do so and consent to the club contacting you regarding the player. You must keep emergency contact details up to date.

Media & Imagery: Where club photography or match coverage is in use, reasonable efforts are made to follow safeguarding guidance. If you need to restrict use of a player image you must notify the club in writing.

Communication Channels: The club may use email (and, in future, approved messaging channels) for essential updates. You may opt out of non-essential mailings but core service / safeguarding notices cannot be unsubscribed.
